Cowboy Caviar (bean salad)

1 - 15 ounce can pinto beans drained and rinsed

1 - 15 ounce can blackeye peas drained and rinsed

1 - 15 ounce can black beans drained and rinsed

1 - 15 ounce can fire roasted corn drained

1 large bell pepper finely diced (I used some of a red, yellow and orange bell pepper for extra color).

2 to 3 jalapeño peppers diced

1/2 red onion finely diced

1/2 white onion finely diced

1 cup chopped cilantro

2 avocados diced

2 Roma tomatoes diced
